I'm thinking that it's like the "You Cannot Escape Windows 10" viral video, but with Yamla instead of Microsoft Windows.

It doesn't matter whether the IP address is a proxy server or not. You've already disclosed that you're AudiGuy-1204 here [1], which is a banned account, and this means you don't currently have the right to edit Wikipedia on any IP, on any account, on any computer, anywhere in the world, for any reason whatsoever. Your only option is to send an account from your banned account using WP:UTRS. Behavior like this is unlikely to convince anyone to allow you to edit Wikipedia again. And I think that the username "AudiGuy-1204" is a very unprofessional username.
This username is basically a free advertisement for Audi and is very unprofessional.
It sounds like a username of a random car guy on YouTube.
