Request reason:
I made a fresh start under this ID, and mention this on my user page, and there was no overlap in the use of the 2 accounts on articles (except on two articles Bettina Arndt and Thomas John Flanagan but a 6 mth and 2 yr break between interactions). The reasons for the fresh start is that I had been misgendered by others and had my account linked to IP's by other editors (one was a parliamentary IP I believe). I requested Revision Deletion for the IP outing but it was denied which concerns me. IMO this was outing and misgendering under my previous ID and I needed new anonymity. I am frustrated that I cannot db-u1 delete my userspace's as I should be entitled. 99g (talk) 20:44, 9 November 2021 (UTC)
Decline reason:
As an account with active sanctions and a problematic edit history, a clean start was not available to you. This appears to be avoiding scrutiny while still editing in the same topic area, which contradicts the intent of the clean start policy.Jezebel's Ponyobons mots 21:09, 9 November 2021 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- I've revoked your access to your user talk page for two reasons:
- You're using it for purposes unrelated to an appeal.
- As a confirmed sockpuppet of CatCafe (talk+ · tag · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log · CA · CheckUser(log) · investigate · cuwiki) you need to make any further appeals on that account, not this one.
- There is no legitimate ongoing use for this page. Cabayi (talk) 10:55, 10 November 2021 (UTC)
