Welcome!

Hello, AK-17, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Again, welcome!  Also, thanks for contacting me about the tren thing. It's no big deal, really, just good to see you understand why it was reverted. Nufy8 23:44, 21 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

blocked?

[edit]

I received your e-mail. Your username has not been blocked, however it is possible that the IP you use has been. Without knowing your IP I cannot investigate further. If you and other legitimate users have been caught in what we call collateral damage due to a vandalism block on your IP address the block may be shortened (if it's a long term block). When you attempt to edit you should see a message regarding your IP address and its block (at least that's how I understand the system). Vsmith 22:33, 19 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Wiki Wars

[edit]

Thanks. Yeah, we really went all out. Unfortunately, Maru left the project and isn't likely to come back, so I don't even know if Episode IV is going to be finished. We tried continuing it over e-mail, but that's not coming along in any big hurry.

If you're in a geeky mood, feel free to contribute. You won't lose too much dignity. Nufy8 21:43, 27 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your contribution, but we are trying to write an encyclopedia here, so please keep your edits factual and neutral. Some readers looking for a serious article might not find them amusing. Remember, millions of people read Wikipedia, so we have to take what we do a bit seriously here. If you'd like to experiment with editing, use the Sandbox to get started. I hope you can help us out! In all honesty, I created that partly as a joke and then couldn't figure out how to delete it, so I decided to just make the best of it and convert it to a test page. But, now that's an obsolete point. Oh well. --AK-17 16:15, 7 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
