Follow wikipedia guidelines on convicted live person, retain in the lead

Lalu Prasad Yadav is national politician, there are guidelines on live person's biographies. a person convicted by court of law by following the due process, has to go in to the article. And, he has been convicted twice. This important aspect must be right there in first line as is the usual case "Lalu is a convicted politician". I am not pro or anti Lalu. I have no agenda to push but I will resist the attempt by his followers to dilute this such as this editor removed the valid edit here to dilute this.
