Share your experience and feedback as a Wikimedian in this global survey
[edit]Hello! The Wikimedia Foundation is asking for your feedback in a survey. We want to know how well we are supporting your work on and off wiki, and how we can change or improve things in the future.[survey 1] The opinions you share will directly affect the current and future work of the Wikimedia Foundation. You have been randomly selected to take this survey as we would like to hear from your Wikimedia community. To say thank you for your time, we are giving away 20 Wikimedia T-shirts to randomly selected people who take the survey.[survey 2] The survey is available in various languages and will take between 20 and 40 minutes.

IMS Group - Creative Common license
[edit]Hi Guliolopez,
Thank you so much for correcting the IMS Group's article,it's my privilege to be instructed by a senior wikipedian like yourself. As instructed, a creative common licence has been added to the original website of IMS Group (www.ims-np.com) from which the contents have been reused in its wiki article page. Following further instructions, I have also verified the text release from webcitation and added the text release template below. I hope this conforms to the impeccable guideline of wikipedia after which I can re-edit the contents again. Please guide me if something is missing and requires needful. I will be honored to cooperate in your guidance. Thank you so much again!
Content of at least one revision of the associated article was derived in whole or part from non-free copyrighted material on the website http://www.ims-np.com/. This material was (prior to placement or subsequently) freely licensed in a manner compatible for Wikipedia's use by the posting of one or more compatible copyright licenses on the external website. Though the release notice for the material, which is irrevocable, may have been later removed from view, or the URL may have changed or gone dead, an archive of that webpage, including the copyright release notice, is available at http://www.webcitation.org/78mTCQsi6. |
- Hello.
- Your organisation's website now has two conflicting licence notices.
- One which states that the content is "© 2019 Integrated Mobility Solutions Pvt. Ltd., All rights reserved". Which is not a licence that is not compatible with the Wikipedia/Creative Commons licence model.
- And another which states that (some of?) the content is "licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License". Which conflicts with the above. And, even if freely licenced, may not be content that is appropriate for "donation" to the project anyway.
- If your organisation is interested in Donating copyrighted materials to Wikipedia, then complete the OTRS process and form, and someone from the OTRS / Volunteer Response Team will get back to you.
- Otherwise, short of restating that copyrighted and promotional materials are not appropriate for inclusion in the project, I'm not personally able to assist further.
- Bye. Guliolopez (talk) 15:25, 31 May 2019 (UTC)
