Move to draft

Hi, this is to let you know that I moved the article you created to Draft:Environmental Health Policy as it is clearly not ready to be an encyclopedia article yet. Articles are expected to demonstrate notability, and have their contents verified by reliable sources. If you want to work on something over time, a draft is the way to go - you can fill in content, add references, get feedback from other editors and then submit it for review to see if it meets wikipedia's core guidelines.
