Rating of Peter Bard article

I apologize for having "failed miserably" in rating Peter Bard, and I appreciate your bringing the situation to my attention.

Several weeks ago I was asked if I would volunteer to help to reduce the backlog in Category:Unassessed biography articles by using the "Rater" script. I have done so as I had time, and last night the Bard article was one in that group. I was unaware of the criteria that you specified in your message on my talk page, for which I accept full blame. In the future I shall refrain from assessing articles related to military history, leaving them for editors who have the appropriate knowledge and skill.

Again, I apologize both for my error and for causing additional work for you to undo the mess that I created. Eddie Blick (talk) 16:23, 17 October 2019 (UTC)
