Because of the controversy surrounding this subject, please do not add information to this article without also providing a source(s), in the article, supporting the information that you are adding. If you do add unsupported information, it is highly likely that other editors will simply remove it - wasting your time and theirs.

You will find specific policies regarding how to cite a source at the following: Wikipedia:How to edit a page#Links and URLs, Wikipedia:Citing sources, and Wikipedia:Embedded citations. The reason why sources are required is that some editors seem to think that they can add information based solely on their own knowledge. This is expressly forbidden in Wikipedia: Wikipedia:No original research (by "research", if you read the policy, you'll see that this includes "original writing").

Also, please note that some sources are acceptable and some are not: Wikipedia:Reliable sources. If you have doubts, go ahead and add information with a source that may not be adequate, and see how other editors react. If they remove it, please do not just put it back - discuss the matter on the article's talk/discussion page.

Thanks. -- John Broughton (☎☎) 15:10, 30 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please review our policies on the need for a neutral point of view in articles. I've now reverted three of your edits to two different articles where you attempted to insert text that was what we call "POV" - meaning that it was heavily biased in one direction - and that was also not properly sourced. If you wish to edit articles on Wikipedia, please do so with this policy in mind. | Mr. Darcy talk 16:41, 31 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I added some text to the Reproductive Rights article to correct the bias already present in the article. The article only referred to Reproductive Rights as a "Women's Rights Issue", and ignored any reproductive rights issues relevant to Men's Rights. As the NPOV page states articles must be "representing fairly and without bias all significant views ". Whether or not you agree with the Choice4Men position it is a 'significant view'. I quoted the position of an external verifiable source Choice4Men.
