Request reason:

This is basically a bot account which has bot rights only in Bengali Wikipedia. On English wikipedia it usually does not make any edits or will do so in the future. However, on the occasion of the recent Wiki Loves Women South Asia 2021 contest, we are often giving messages to the organizers. This is why it is being used for messaging. I hope you will consider the matter. The bot will not edit any more on English Wikipedia since the community did not participate in the contest!

@Primefac: Looking at the global contribs it appears this is an approved bot on bn.wiki. Pinging you as a member of WP:BAG as I'm not sure if the account should remain blocked locally.
