Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because the person Stewart Albertson has been verified by the Federal Election Commission as an official candidate running for the open seat of Senator Barbara Boxer. The election race for this seat is very newsworthy, with several major cable news channels reporting on it. The only democratic candidate, other than Stewart Albertson, running for this seat is Kamala Harris. In her profile, it states that, "She is running for the United States Senate seat being vacated by Democrat Barbara Boxer in the 2016 election."

More legitimate sources will be added to the page over the next several days, and any suggested edits for it are greatly appreciated. But please do not delete it.

I noticed that one of the first articles you edited appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.

To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, and then ask me or another editor to proofread it.
