Alexis Colard was born in Belfort, , a small town bordering Germany and Switzerland. As a child Alexis enjoyed the form of creation, he would take inspiration from his wondrous imagination and adventures creating small works around his beloved hometown of Belfort. Alexis as a teenager began to research the technological creative realm which thrilled and enticed his imagination. At the young age of 13 he began his Technological creative journey leading him into learning and mastering 3dsmax.
Ecology, Technology and Architecture are always key elements in his life.
After graduating school heavy in theory and practical Art Alexis went on to study various art related fields - (graphic design, interior design, live drawing, realistic drawing, animation) at Ecole Bellecour in Lyon France, majoring in Interior Design.
With a full knowledge of creative Alexis pursued his lust for Art, selling 4 of his paintings ( featured in the movie "Violet Tendencies" by director Casper Andreas) to the prestigious Goldsmith mannequin gallery/showroom in 6 months of him taking up the art.
In 2005 he was rewarded a 3 months summer internship at Pompei.A.D New York city, a city which would steal his heart and become his home.
In Fall 2005 he was offered a position with ICrave Design as a project manager to build a resort in Bahia Brazil. ICrave led to contracted work for H2L2 urban planning company rendering 3dsmax_photoshop images.
2008 saw Alexis accepted to Parsons School of Design, where he received his AAS interior design degree in May of 2009.
Now one of the rising young stars within the world of design Alexis believes in chroma therapy, destiny, ancient astronauts, nature’s potential…but most of all humankind.
