I sincerely apologize for any promotional items that we added to the Wikipedia. I was unfamiliar with this policy and am hoping you will unblock us. I will immediately edit and remove anything that is considered promotional. We were just over eager to let people know about us and our accomplishments. I really hope you can give us another chance. We will not let you down and truly apologize for this inconvienence! We would like to keep the username alivingdaylight if possible? If not, the username astarbuck will do (my first intial and last name). We promise not to make these mistakes again and will make sure to read any guidelines before posting anything else. We are so used to the usual "networking" or "information" sites and these all allow items we used so we didn't even think that this would be a violation. We will no matter what, abide by any regulations and truly think Wikipedia is an amazing site.

Reading through your statement here, I found 2 major problems:

Your excessive use of the word "we" makes it seem like this account is for more than one person. Please note that multi-person accounts are not allowed.
You write "I will immediately edit and remove anything that is considered promotional. We were just over eager to let people know about us and our accomplishments". What we would want is for you to follow WP:BESTCOI.
