Please do not create pages about your own company, as you did with Andersoncorp llc. It has been deleted as advertising, and consists of a clear conflict of interest. Fram 14:30, 17 September 2007 (UTC)
It is not impossible to write a page about your own company or one you are closely affiliated with, but it will often be difficult. Wikipedia has a few core policies, including neutral point of view (we discuss all aspects, both the good and the bad) and verifiability (everything must be verifiable). To achieve the latter, there are two main guidelines: reliable sources, meaning that all info must be published previously by reliable sources (so no blogs, no dubious websites), and notability, meaning that the subject of the article (i.e. your company) must have been discussed (not just mentioned) repeatedly by independent reliable sources (e.g. other newspapers, in no way affiliated with the company, or economical magazines, ...). We don't aim to have articles about every company, person, band, ... but want to only have articles about companies, persons, bands with a minimum of noteworthiness, as evidenced by other sources. If you can write a neutral, factual article on your company, based on independent reliable sources, then the article will normally survive, even if you have a conflict of interest. But personally, I would prefer if you did not try to do so, and wait until some uninvolved person makes the effort, to avoid the impression of a conflict of interest and of an advertising effort.
