User talk:Aquarion
You can leave a message for me here. I tend to correct things as I see them, without planning, forethought or politics, and I generally don't log in unless I'm doing so. Basically, contacting me this way might take a while, try emailing nicholas with an at symbol, and then aquarionics dot com instead.
May I ask why you did this? It's a common phrase and the article did little more than explain its etymology and use, which is precisely what a dictionary does. We've already got a page for it at Wiktionary, and thus don't need a duplicate here. Chris Cunningham (user:thumperward) (talk) 13:13, 12 July 2013 (UTC)
- That's a decent argument, and had you made it and put it as a request for deletion I'd probably agree with it, but with nothing in the talk page and no redirect or explanation, it looked like a random zero wipe with a comment so it didn't get flagged as one. Apologies for stepping on your toes. Aquarion (talk) 13:34, 12 July 2013 (UTC)
- No worries. Thanks for the explanation. I'll leave a note on talk and re-redirect if there's no opposition. Chris Cunningham (user:thumperward) (talk) 16:12, 12 July 2013 (UTC)
The file File:Profound Decisions Maelstrom logo.png has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- unused file with no clear usability on project
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.
Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Jon Kolbert (talk) 07:07, 16 April 2017 (UTC)
