The topics I would consider working on are Mysterium Cosmographicum, Concentric Spheres, and History of Science in Early Cultures.

These are all good options. I worry that the History of Science in Early Cultures is a bit broad and nebulous, but if you have something in particular in mind that you would like to add, that will be fine.
