Ar-Jay "Jay" Galicia Elefane, a Mining Engineering student of Cebu Institute of Technology-University(CIT-University) was born on December 9, 1992 in Palawan. He graduated from high school in Leonides S. Virata Memorial School at Rio Tuba, Bataraza, Palawan. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Rufino Elefane. After his high school graduation(March 2009) he moved to Cebu City to pursue his studies. He enrolled Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering at CIT-University.
