Hi again. Excuse my butting in, but Indon's user page is on my watchlist. Sadly Indon is no longer an active user, so your request about Indonesia provinces blank map.svg will go unanswered. an I ask what maps you need specfically - maybe I can help. I see what you mean. I'm not an SVG (or Inkscape) expert so I can't help you much... By the way, for the maps of the election results in the Indonesian legislative election, 2004 and Indonesian legislative election, 1999 articles, I just produced a (large) PNG (also for Indonesian legislative election, 1955, although not a results map). Hi there! I realize this is a bit old, but I noticed Davidelit didn't respond to your question of the status of Indonesia's provinces in 2004 and 2009. To answer your question, they are not the same. West Sulawesi was carved out of South Sulawesi in October 2004, so the current vector map has to be modified if you were to make any map pre-October 2004.
