What?

• Mr. R I was surprised that you regard my title 'World's Maiden poetic treatises on Constitution ,Law and Governance' ridiculous how ever you have not suggested the ridiculous element in it. It is series of books fore worded by a Judge of International court of justice and 2 former and one sitting Judge of supreme court of India as mentioned in the article,it is unreasonable to find it ridiculous this being my reason for being surprised.Further if you did not find the content upto standard kindly suggest what element of content you found to be not worthy so that it might be corrected. Please read what I have written. I only said that the title of article wizard/ was ridiculous - as the log clearly shows, that was the name you gave to the page. You do not provide a title within the page text - the page name appears as the title - as I say below, study some articles first. How many Wikipedia articles have you actually read? Before you do any writing, find five articles here on similar subjects to what you are writing about, study them closely. Click on the "edit" tab and examine their wiki markup. Problems with your article: it was about ten times too long - aim for 2k bytes absolute max. for the first version. It was an essay not an encyclopedia article - that is why I say study first. There was no proper introduction - apparently it is about a book - that should be stated in the first sentence. There were no links to significant coverage in reliable, independent secondary sources. Draft your article in User:Aroonc1/sandbox and when it is ready, submit it via AfC. Another hint - when you create links, make ones that work! Not as in this edit. World’s maiden poetic treatises on constitution, law and governance

History : Individual poems on laws for governing the kingdom are deemed to have been composed by Greek Jurist Solon c.640 - c.559 BC [1]. But his work does not survive and is only available in individual poems quoted by other authors such as Plutarch c. 46 – 120 CE in his book ‘Lives’.

Further, as the term Constitution as it is understood in modern parlance did not exist before the making of the American Constitution as ratified in the year 1788 [2], no poetic treatises exist till date.

World’s maiden poetic treatises on constitution, law and governance: However recently a series of books written by Dr. Arun kumar Jha claiming to be World’s maiden poetic treatises on constitution, law and governance have emerged on the internet media. The various newspapers report that a series of three books written by Dr. Jha have been published in New Delhi, India [3].

Further the recitation videos of the poems by the poet himself and posted on the internet have been in the news and have been reported on various websites such as

The first book is PEOPLE, THE CONSTITUTION AND ITS PILLARS- JUSTICE EQUALITY LIBERTY (ISBN 81-901871-0-4) which its author claims to be World’s maiden poetic treatise on Constitution. This book with appropriate variations has a Hindi language version with the title JAN GAN SAMVIDHAN KE STAMBH (ISBN 81-901871-0-06).

The third book is REIGN OF THE PEOPLE(ISBN 81-901871-0-5) which its author claims to be the World’s maiden poetic treatise on Law and Governance [4].

All the three books have been authored by Jurist, Poet, Journalist, Professor from Delhi, India; Dr.[Prof.]ARUN KUMAR JHA [5][6] and published by Information Allied Features an exclusive Publications-House headed by Mrs. Ira Jha and also based in Delhi, INDIA. Release of the books : The first edition of PEOPLE THE CONSTITUTION AND ITS PILLARS JUSTICE EQUALITY LIBERTY was released by Mr. Justice Rangnath Misra former chief justice of India and Supreme court of India and founder chairman of the national human rights commission of India and Member of Upper house of Indian Parliament (Rajyasabha) on 16th February 2001 at the Indian Law Institute New Delhi ,India [7]. The second edition of this book was released by Dr. Laxmi Mal Singhvi eminent jurist, Member of Upper house of Indian Parliament (Rajyasabha), former Indian High Commissioner to the United Kingdom and senior Advocate in the Supreme Court of India on 22 February 2002 at the same venue, Indian Law Institute New Delhi ,India[8] . The book REIGN OF THE PEOPLE was released by professor G.K. Das,former professor of English at the Arts faculty Delhi University, former Vice Chancellor Utkal University, Odisa, India and director, South campus of the Delhi University India. Professor Das is an internationally recognized scholar of English Literature with a Cambridge university background. The book was also released in 1st May 2006 at the Indian Law Institute New Delhi ,India [9].

The third book in Hindi titled JANGAN -SAMVIDHAN KE STAMBH ( Pillars of the republican constitution) was released by Mr. Justice V. S. Sirpurkar sitting justice in the Supreme Court of India on 29 April 2009 at the Law Institute New Delhi ,India [10].

About the books : The fore words to the books have been written by Mr. Justice R.S. Pathak former chief justice of India and former Judge of International Court Justice, (The Hague), Mr. Justice Rangnath Misra former chief Justice of India and Mr. Justice K.G. Balakrishnan former chief justice of India[11] . The introduction to both the books CONSTITUTION AND ITS PILLARS JUSTICE EQUALITY LIBERTY and REIGN OF THE PEOPLE have been written by Mr. K.K. Venugopal ,senior Advocate ,Supreme court of India and noted Constitutional expert recipient of Padma Bhushan Award for his legal contributions [12]. The book PEOPLE THE CONSTITUTION AND ITS PILLARS JUSTICE EQUALITY LIBERTY contains 118 poems divided into five chapters 1. Constitution 2. We, the People 3. Justice 4.Equality 5. liberty. The life of the constitution is the central theme of the book PEOPLE THE CONSTITUTION AND ITS PILLARS JUSTICE EQUALITY LIBERTY it is an evaluation of the constitutional philosophy of the Indian Constitution in terms of its fundamental values and an unusual commentary on its salient features in poetic form. The book emphasizes on the spirit of the constitution and relates its basic provisions to India’s cultural values and its philosophical aspirations.
