You posted on Wikipedia:Deletion review about "a very legitimate article that contiuously gets deleted." But I can't figure out which article you're talking about. You say "This article is called the Scholarly Review" but there's no sign of any article by that name ever having been deleted. And you personally have never created or edited an article which has since been deleted.
