Hi Atro S. Please note that disambiguation pages like Kharkhar are meant to help readers find a specific existing article quickly and easily. For that reason, they have guidelines that are different from articles. From the Wikipedia:Disambiguation dos and don'ts you should:

  • Only list articles that readers might reasonably be looking for
  • Use short sentence fragment descriptions, with no punctuation at the end
  • Use exactly one navigable link ("blue link") in each entry that mentions the title being disambiguated
  • Only add a "red link" if used in existing articles, and include a "blue link" to an appropriate article
  • Do not pipe links (unless style requires it) – keep the full title of the article visible
  • Do not insert external links or references - Wikipedia is not a business directory

The historical province Kharkhar is not mentioned in Hamadan and I couldn't find mention in any other article, so I have removed it from Kharkhar. Perhaps you could add it to Hamadan?

Thank you. Leschnei (talk) 14:12, 25 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I can not translate to English. But EnWiki need to add it. Tankyou--Atro S (talk) 15:04, 25 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I can't translate Persian either. There is no deadline - if someone feels that Kharkhar Historical Province is notable, they will eventually translate it or write the article anew in English.
Also, if you want an editor to know that you've replied, you need to include some version of the {{Reply to}} template. To notify me, you would begin your reply with {{Reply to|Leschnei}}. I found your reply more-or-less by chance. Leschnei (talk) 22:56, 25 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
