Hydrogen articles[edit]

Hello, Awrfch. I'd like us to work collaboratively, and I am happy to help you to craft encyclopedic, WP:NEUTRAL changes that improve the quality of these articles. As you may know, I (and others) have taken exception, in the past, to some of the editing actions of some of your predecessors from the Fuel Cell and Hydrogen Energy Association, and disagreements arose that prevented progress being made on the article in some areas. Let me please make the following suggestions about how we can make progress:

1. I suggest working on the non-car sections first. The other sections are much less contentious. There is lots of new information about hydrogen cells for use in consumer electronic devices, for example. As long as you give a fair summary of the pros and cons, this stuff can go right in the article.

2. When you do get around to the automobile section, as I have been suggesting for a long time, if you add one or two sentences at a time, then we can have a conversation about the best wording. If you try to rewrite whole paragraphs at a time, then too many issues are raised at once, and it will just become contentious again. Please, give it a try in small bites, and maybe we can make good, step-by-step progress with which you will be happy.

At the top of this page, I have given you some links to helpful Wikipedia guidelines. The most important ones for you to read at first, I think, are WP:COI, WP:RS and WP:CONSENSUS. If we can work in the spirit of these guidelines, then I think you can be very successful in helping to improve these articles. All the best, -- Ssilvers (talk) 00:07, 18 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Ssilvers:

I truly appreciate the message and advice. I will try to follow all of it and look forward to working on the page effectively with you.

Thank you
