Election infoboxes[edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You may not be aware of our WP:5% rule for election infoboxes, which means that candidates receiving less than 5% of the vote are not included in infoboxes (unless they finish second). Cheers, Number 57 16:53, 29 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding candidates with less than 5% of the vote to infoboxes. Thank you. Number 57 22:04, 29 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Oversized images on articles[edit]

Please avoid adding exceedingly large images to infoboxes, and use scaling for them instead. For example, as can be seen in the follow revisions [1], [2] and [3], the images you've added at these points have filled an extreme amount of the page for, at minimum, PC users. Also, if you see that an image you've added has been removed, or an edit has been reverted, please check the history and see why, and don't just readd the image without scaling or discussion in the talk page. Thank you. Lamaredia (Kasper D.L) (talk) 17:30, 16 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I've noticed you edited again on 1998 Alaska gubernatorial election. Please stop adding oversized images to articles, and use scaling for them. Lamaredia (Kasper D.L) (talk) 11:48, 23 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for January 5[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited 2012 Puerto Rican general election, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Arturo Hernández. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:02, 5 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom 2023 Elections voter message[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2023 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 11 December 2023. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2023 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:54, 28 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Puerto Rican election articles[edit]

Please stop adding unsourced 'alliance' affiliations to the infobox and removing non-breaking spaces. The latter are there to stop names splitting over two rows, which creates unnecessary whitespace in the infobox. Thanks, Number 57 21:25, 11 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Please consider this a final warning to stop doing this. If you have an issue, please raise it on the talk page. Thanks, Number 57 18:46, 13 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Editing privileges partly revoked[edit]

People have been asking you not to break article layout and add oversized images since August 2022, and you haven't communicated with anyone in that entire time and have just broken another article today. So I've taken your ability to edit articles away. Please try talking to people and reading Help:Pictures. Uncle G (talk) 15:25, 15 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
