Defamation of RMI

[edit]

This is your last warning.
The next time you add defamatory content, as you did to Ramapough Mountain Indians, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. --ChrisRuvolo (t) 00:35, 15 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Isn't this a neutral site? That information was valid and If you would like I'll use some other sources. I'm not vandalizing, just tell me what to do and I'll do it. I don't need to be warned. I think by looking at this this user's username its clear why he wouldn't want that information there. I'm not trying to be offensive but I think neutral is the good and the bad, not just the good. -bman11091

Bman, please see the following pages for the policy behind the removal of this information: Wikipedia:Libel, Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons, Wikipedia:Verifiability, Wikipedia:Reliable sources. The claim that the RMI are inbred violates all of these policies. That you are quoting a supposed reproduction of the pre-civil-rights era Eugenics Quarterly (December 1957), which references a 1938 article in The New Yorker does not back up this claim, as this is not a reliable source. --ChrisRuvolo (t) 12:12, 15 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Hello, Bman. First of all, I apologize for the edit summary accompanying my reversion of your latest changes to Ramapough Mountain Indians. I should have assumed good faith and not called your edits vandalism. However, I agree with what ChrisRuvolo said above regarding your source's reliability/notability. Moreover, I fail to see where the linked and obsolete article is pertinent to the Ramapough Mountain Indians. ---Sluzzelin talk 07:19, 16 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I have read your reference and it's stated it's for private use and violates wiki policy. As far as referencing inbreding, where is your documented proof? All you have is local conspiracy and hearsay. Unless you find verifiable resource (which you won't), stop slandering us.
