Welcome!

Hello, Bobdapoet, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

Please feel welcome to start your own pages, in addition to editing existing ones. If you create a page, and change your mind about it before any other user makes a significant edit to it, leave a {{db-self}} on it so that it will be deleted.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your username and the date.

If you have any questions or problems, no matter what they are, leave me a message on my talk page. Or, please come to the Newcomers help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions.

If you are already loving Wikipedia you might want to consider being "adopted" by a more experienced editor or joining a WikiProject to collaborate with others in creating and improving articles of your interest. Click here for a directory of all the WikiProjects.

Again, welcome! עוד מישהו Od Mishehu 08:25, 3 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Article creation[edit]

Hello, I saw your question regarding a deleted article. Please take a while to read the articles contained in the links above which were provided by Od Mishehu, as they will be helpful in creating an article that is not deleted for non-notability. Two links you may find to be most useful are WP:V and WP:N. Finally, if you'd like to work on an article before making it live, you can create the article in your own userspace and then when it sufficiently fulfills the necessary criteria, it can be copied and pasted into a new article on the live site. If you'd like more information on how to create an in-work article in your own userspace, please let me know. <>Multi-Xfer<> (talk) 23:09, 3 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
