Arbitration request

Thanks for your request for arbitration.

I'm sorry but the Arbitration Committee on the English Wikipedia cannot hear cases about conduct of users on other Wikipedias. Nor do they have sufficient knowledge of Bulgarian and the organisation of the Bulgarian Wikipedia to understand the alleged offence or render any advice on what to do about it. --Tony Sidaway 06:23, 15 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

If you wish, you may report that editor to m:Vandalism reports and see if that gets any attention. But please note that it is pointless to petition the Administrators and/or the Arbitation Committee here since they do not have jurisdiction over the Bulgarian Wikipedia. 05:25, 7 June 2006 (UTC)
