I just fixed that references mess up for you, so the page is now clean and shiny again. Thanks for adding new content, as well.

I think you understand pretty much how to do citations-- you were generating names so that they could be referenced easily later on. I think the best way to go about doing this is to use the "Cite" option in the upper right as you are making a new references. Just place the cursor where you want to make the initial reference. Then, you just pick the the template you want to use and you get an easy-to-use template to put in all the info you need to. Cite it once, and then just use Cite error: The opening <ref> tag is malformed or has a bad name (see the help page). to cite the same source again later on if you need to.
