Voter ID

Hi! I was looking at your article and I wanted to suggest that you re-tool the article to focus specifically on the 2012 law as opposed to voter ID laws in general. The reason for this is that ultimately the 2012 law is the main focus of the article and unless there's more history of similar things in the state, there's not really much else to include.
