[edit]Hi, Roger, Sorry for disturbing you, I didn't know what happened with my talk page so I will answer your questions here. For the supply chain part, what I meant was the transformation from traditional marketing systems (where the assembled differential advantages of distribution were the important part) to interactive marketing systems. So the main advantages from traditional systems was no longer important as before. (talk)
