(@Dreamy Jazz:) I know he's not very notable with the exception that he has accomplished great things at Dept of Education for student loans. I tried to keep it more encyclopaedia like. Any suggestions on how to make it more encylopedia like. I'll improve the citations, he's been written about in more than a few national publications as you can see. I'll reference those differently. Do you think that would be enough?
