Indo-European topics

[edit]

Hi, Caesar Augustus Divus Iulius. I am just wondering why you reverted my addition here. Cheers, Original European (talk) 02:33, 18 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Romance peoples who speak Vulgar Latin-derived Romance languages (branch of the Italic languages within the Indo-European language family) are not an independent group of Indo-European people, but a subgroup of the Italic people (original Latins belong to Italic peoples). Thank you for explaining. Best regards, Original European (talk) 04:02, 18 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Isabella (given name), you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Elise and Isabela (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Rick Porcello

[edit]

Yo, Julie. Thanks for clarifying about Porcello. Some...er...editor went around classifying lots of BLPs by ancestry without documentation. I reverted them, as I didn't want to spend the time doing the research. Grew up just down the road from Porcello's hometown. Regards Tapered (talk) 11:06, 28 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
