[edit]Hi Casey, This article with packed with information which is a good thing but at times it felt a little dense. I think you could shorten the beginning section and give a briefer idea of what the article is about. I would also consider adding links to the wiki pages of the court cases that you have in bold, in case a reader wants to know more.
