The4lines Rollback right would be given only if the editors have done many vandalism, good contribution edits and with no block for the last six months, so it would not be the right time to apply roll back right at the moment. You might want to wait for a few months after you have finished the course and have done thousand of vandalism edit. With STiki, the tools would equip you to do the counter vandalism work.
