Hi! Good job on the additions to the article 2011–2017 California drought - I did make one tweak to remove the word notable. It's kind of one of Wikipedia's quirks - even though the case is notable, Wikipedia doesn't like to use the word in articles themselves because it could be seen as a personal opinion. In other words, that this case of the balls being used was more notable than another instance of their use. Also, make sure that you note the date of specific claims such as the PBS NewsHour news piece. I went ahead and did this for you. Other than that this looks good! It was definitely a good idea to include this specific case in the article because it got so much attention in the media and also helped show some of the concerns for the balls' use. Well done!
