Hi Charles, For https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=SPG15&redirect=no and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SPG11 (disambiguate / tophat for disease?), I thought it might also be useful to fill out the current redirect page (https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=AP5_adaptor_complex&redirect=no) for the protein complex underlying both. (I created my account only on Saturday and am a novice editor; I thought I might start by adding a few recent references to the SPG11 protein page to progress towards Autoconfirmed.) Thanks. @Curequester:. Hello, there, I have only just seen this. Nice to meet you yesterday.
To call attention to messages, use for example {{ping|Charles Matthews}}. I won't necessarily see them otherwise. Or start a new section on User talk:Charles Matthews, which generates a notification for me.
I hope the editathon was rewarding enough for you, and that you'll feel like contributing further here. Charles Matthews (talk) 09:47, 23 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Nice to meet you too @Charles Matthews and thanks for your help at the editathon. There is a lot to learn (my exaggeration of my status to 'novice editor' was unintentional!). I doubt that I will ever reach Supreme Gom but maybe Grognard is a feasible aspiration. Beyond some low-level improvements on SPG15 (disease) left over from the editathon that I have just completed, I would like to enrich it further (and not just to raise it above its current C grade!) and there are four related genes that do not appear to be represented in WP (even under synonyms). Best wishes. Curequester (talk) 13:23, 25 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
If you're in need of any kind of help, let me know. Charles Matthews (talk) 15:37, 25 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
