Request reason:
Why was I blocked? I want to comment on http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Olympia_High_School_%28New_York%29&action=edit§ion=T-1
Decline reason:
I've explained the block reason below. I'm declining this because it doesn't address the block reason but feel free to post another request when you have a response. Mangojuicetalk 15:20, 28 July 2008 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- The only evidence that Guy had before blocking was that the user edited on the AfD. I don't believe that's enough to warrant a block like this. -- Ned Scott 09:33, 28 July 2008 (UTC)
- Chiewan -- I do find this highly suspicious. You created your account and immediately voted to keep in an AfD on a relatively obscure subject. This by itself is pretty unusual, but it's even more unusual because just an hour before you did this, another user did the same thing. It makes it look strongly like this is the same account as another person who already commented, trying to stack the vote. This is known on Wikipedia as sockpuppetry. Can you explain this? That's what the block is all about. Mangojuicetalk 15:20, 28 July 2008 (UTC)
