Jennie Garth
[edit]Hello, please don't make things up based on personal opinion as you did on 90210 (TV series). Just because Garth was in almost every episode doesn't make her part of the principle cast, or even reccurring. She was always credited as a special guest in every episode so I reverted your edit, please watch the series for proof if you so wish, if you make the edit again, it's likely you'll receive a vandalism warning. - HI, I apologize on my error in 90210 (TV series) I did not realize she has always been credited as a special guest. I was trying to make the distinction that while the other original cast special guests were on for I would say at most 2 episodes, her character has been more reccuring. I'm not sure if there is a way to make that distinction but if there is please let me know. Also if you wouldn't mind, obviously I'm new to wikipedia and just learning the ropes, I would like your advice on something. I'm currently writing a new page for a political candidate and there are not many sources that I can find besides his main webpage. If the information on his early life is basically the same as he has on his website but I have gotten his permission to put it up is that ok since its basically just facts about where he went to college and where he grew up and I cited the website? Thanks--Chrismarie118 (talk) 18:27, 23 April 2010 (UTC)
- Hello :). No I don't think we can even say reccuring, see I'm a big fan of the new show and I'd say she had enough stories and enough episodes to be considered regular in the first series and reccurring in the second season, I think crediting her as a special guest was a way of getting viewers in and as for your other question I have no problem with pages existing personally, but you will find that it will probably be deleted, a page on here needs to have alot of third party coverage, and be noteable enough (the rule isn't perfect as this isn't always the case - but it is being worked on), if you make the page, I'll will take a look for you? Let me know! Jayy008 (talk) 19:43, 23 April 2010 (UTC)
- First off a warning about the following sites: YouTube, Twitter and Facebook, they're mainly not allowed. However, sometimes if no other source is availble a verified Twitter account is allowed (Has to be verified, doesn't matter if we know it's real) and an official YouTube channel, Facebook is never allowed. The page to me seems fine, although I don't know of him personally. I'd suggest asking an Administator if it's allowed to exist... Click here for EricOrbit, this will take you to a blank section, write your comment with a heading then post and it will go to his talk page. The only thing I can suggest is removing sources from the headings (==) they have to be in the prose (writing underneath the heading) headings don't need sources.
