Your comments

Hello. This is just a note to remind you of our policies regarding respect and politeness on Wikipedia. In a nutshell, sarcastic comments such as this and insults such as this are not productive. The relevant guidelines can be found at WP:NICE and WP:BITE and are more formally laid out at WP:Etiquette. You've made some positive contributions on the RefDesk, but you should keep in mind that disruptive behaviour is not tolerated and can lead to disciplinary action. Yes i have gone to these pages and seen the comments you have mentioned there is also one on a scientology page!!!!

I am extremly angry about the comments signed with my account name please except my extremly sincere appologies i have just caught my work colleuge using my account to go through the refrence desks please remove the two comments you have seen plus the one i caught him doing on scientology page.

I will issue an appology if needed to the relevent pages, if you feel the need to take action i can understand however this will not be happing again. Frustrating because i enjoy this site but feel i will be frowned apon now, rest assured this issue is resolved again my appologiesChromagnum (talk) 06:27, 1 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Infact i feel it is unreasenable that i continue on this site i will still read some of the fantastic stuff both in the pages and on the reference desk but i will no longer take part my appologies for these incidents and thank you please delete this accountChromagnum (talk) 06:38, 1 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Accounts are generally not deleted and the posts made were improper, but not worth removing. I don't see an edit by your account to the Scientology page.
You could simply abandon your account, but there's really no need to take drastic measures; you're not the first person who's had their account misused or who's posted things they shouldn't have. Wikipedia is all about learning from mistakes. Take steps to make sure your account login/password stays secure, roll up your shirtsleeves and get back at it again; there's lots to be done and we could use all the good faith help we can get. You can even, if you like, remove this entire thread from your talk page so that it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb. The bottom line is that it will be your posts going forward that will matter, not the ones in the past. If you're looking for ideas about how you can help, the folks here will be glad to do so, or you can drop me a line on my talk page. Matt Deres (talk) 15:57, 1 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
