Welcome[edit]

Hello, Cjsmillar, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the Wikipedia Teahouse, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} and your question on this page, and someone will show up shortly to answer. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

We hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! By the way, you can sign your name on talk and vote pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 21:37, 9 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia is an encyclopedia[edit]

Please note that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia where we collect what third parties have written about the topic, not a free webhost for the subject to boast about their accomplishments. -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 21:40, 9 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

again, we are an encyclopedia, not a free webhost. -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 18:25, 10 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
You have asked me to stop, but your request has no basis as stated at the top of every edit box Work submitted to Wikipedia can be edited, used, and redistributed—by anyone—subject to certain terms and conditions. - the terms and conditions are that the articles reflect an encyclopedic version of the subject as covered by third party sources. And so as long as the content, no matter how long you have worked on it, is not encyclopedic in nature and supported by Wikipedia content policies, it will be (drastically) changed. -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 18:05, 13 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
