Greetings fellow Wikipedian
If you wish to write an article about a given subject you should as a rule simply write the article. If the wiki community later deems the article unworthy of inclusion in wikipediea it will then be deleted after (democratic) discussions on the subject.
Concerning your question regarding Roman-China Relations I see no reason why such an article should not be welcomed. Although another title would perhaps be appropriate for easier search? Please do not write articles containing questions of this nature as articles in general should contain encyclopedic content and not discussions about it. Instead, use the Talk:China page (or any other China related Talk: page) for this purpose. Celcius 10:53, 21 August 2005 (UTC)
