I have reconsidered
[edit]I will be reminding both of you to stop edit warring. One more incident you will be blocked - Glen 20:33, 13 September 2006 (UTC)
Yes
[edit]Yes, it was you. It does not matter if you were advertising or not, but it sure sounded a lot like it was "the biography of a great man." What I mean is, we are an encyclopedia, not an essay of which you use decorative words. "Was handed the reigns of a fledgling antique tire division," "Corky managed to take the company another step forward," "Thanks to Corky's instinct, dedication, and strong work ethic..." —This is not what belongs here. - No, no, the article does not need to be removed (in my opinion, but we have several different camps on article philosophy here, as you've seen the templates added on the top), just try and write it with a "just the facts" attitude, and not how the newspapers do it. There's several people writing with you, including me. Do not be hesitant to make mistakes (as long as they are not factual errors!). — [Mac Davis] (talk) (New!Improved!
