Right now you are asking us to change your username to "Your proposed new username "TH"". I assume that you do not want "Your proposed new username" as part of your username. When you make a new request, please remove those words when adding your choice of new username. Regarding the block itself, there are likely many more policies than you think- I'm an admin and I haven't read every policy. We don't need you to know every policy, just ones directly relevant to your editing.
