Obesity

I looked up on Wikipedia, the subject of Obesity. I read this article thoroughly and looked at the different factors, causes, and reasoning of Obesity. I also learned that obesity is not just another word for fat, but has now been classified as a disease. I also learned how many common diseases surfacing through fellow people of this universe surface all back to obesity. It all surfaces back to you balancing out your weight, working out, and eating right. I also feel like this article was hinting towards that one who is obese, is only there fault. This article gives many suggestions and sort of advice how to better your health and situation if obesity is within you or within your bloodline. Obesity boils back down to exercise, and eating habits. This was a very interesting article because, it linked the possible effects of obesity and ways to avoid it.
