Cuba (block logactive blocksglobal blockscontribsdeleted contribsfilter logcreation logchange block settingsunblockcheckuser (log))

Request reason:

I'm not an active contributor, but I like to correct mistakes, when I found them, or add a missing info. When I'm blocked - I can't do that. And, if I understood correctly, I'm blocked because of the username, which is strange, because it isn't abusive or intimidating.

Decline reason:

I'm curious as to why you haven't requested to be unblocked in almost 16 years- however, your current username suggests that you represent the country of Cuba or its government. The block permits you to create a new account, as you have no substantive edits, I would suggest that you do that. 331dot (talk) 09:52, 18 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
