Local categories
[edit]Hi, welcome to Wikipedia, and thanks for your efforts to improve the encyclopedia.
I see you have been adding categories for species that are found near Cuba.
However, when a species is widespread, e.g. found all around the Caribbean or the Western Atlantic, we should not be adding local categories - the larger ones cover the smaller ones already. I would be very grateful if you'd stop adding these as you will only be making work for other editors to undo again. Many thanks for your understanding. Chiswick Chap (talk) 12:40, 24 April 2018 (UTC)
