Disambiguation
[edit]Thank you for your recent efforts to improve disambiguation pages. Before you make any further edits, however, I encourage you to review the Manual of Style for disambiguation pages. Note in particular that on dab pages, each entry should have exactly one blue link to aid efficient navigation to the most relevant article for the ambiguous topic. If you have any concerns or questions, you can reply here on your own talk page. Regards,--ShelfSkewed Talk 05:07, 13 January 2013 (UTC)
Red links
[edit]Hello, please be careful when removing red links to notable topics, as you did at A Hard Rain's a-Gonna Fall. As the relevant guideline says, they help Wikipedia grow by indicating which articles need to be written. However, the guideline also cautions against adding red links to articles about people, so I've let your removals of those red links stand. Graham87 03:13, 8 February 2013 (UTC)
- On the other hand, any entry in a list of covers where the artist/group does not have a Wikipedia article, like Symptom of the Universe (song), an article you edited, should be outright deleted. This is especially true when the artist is or has recently been active. Wikipedia is not here to promote budding musicians. Graham87 03:47, 8 February 2013 (UTC)
- But you'd need to be careful sometimes if you want to remove entries like that. Graham87 04:11, 8 February 2013 (UTC)
- Also, I undid your edits at The Wild, the Innocent & the E Street Shuffle. One red link to a person that you had removed has been linked several times already, and the other had a disambiguator at the end (the "musician" part of the title "Richard Blackwell (musician)". There is an exception to every rule here. Graham87 04:20, 8 February 2013 (UTC)

October 2013
[edit]Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to 2024 may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "[]"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.
- List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:
- * ''2024'', a song from the 2011 album ''[[Thank You, Happy Birthday]]'' by Cage The Elephant]
Thanks, BracketBot (talk) 00:36, 3 October 2013 (UTC)
