Free feel to talk to me

[edit]

Anyone wanna discuss with me any issues? Daerl (talk) 14:07, 15 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Re: Bored to Death cover

[edit]

Hey! That cover Spin mistakenly used for "Bored to Death" was unfortunately a fan-made one (as evidenced by the pixelated bottom-half). Sorry, but had to remove it. Waiting on an official one myself. Idk how to delete it though (been on wikipedia for like eight years and never done that haha). Oh well. I'll just replace it when an official one is out. Saginaw-hitchhiker (talk) 18:39, 2 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

My bad then. Someone posted it on a board and I thought it was official. Daerl (talk) 00:16, 3 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Bishop Briggs, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Keyboard. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Billy Talent, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Afraid of Heights. Joyride

[edit]

I just want to let you know that from now on, I'll only make edits if I know for absolutely sure that it is fact, my reasoning for the constant joyride edits was a friend of mine told me that it peaked at #19 of bubbleing under 100, please forgive me for my foolish acts, and I'll try better next time LegosRoCk9 (talk) 23:07, 31 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, check Billboard's source first. Joyride only peaked at, like number 40 on Hot Rock Songs (which is basically the Hot 100 with only rock songs), so it's way below the Hot 100 or Bubbling Under (the #10 song on Hot Rock songs is under Bubbling Under, so yeah, Joyride's way below the Bubbling Under). Daerl (talk) 00:46, 1 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Daerl. The article has a citation error, it says " Illegal name entered Kaleo" for your Billboard citations. I searched Billboard by the song title "Way Down We Go" and found nothing. Searching by artist, http://www.billboard.com/artist/7323631/kaleo/chart shows their song "No Good" charting as mainstream rock. But that's all. What am I missing? — Diannaa (talk) 14:30, 1 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Check these links: http://www.billboard.com/artist/6779688/kaleo/chart?f=377

http://www.billboard.com/artist/6779688/kaleo/chart?f=1228 http://www.billboard.com/artist/6779688/kaleo/chart?f=793 (not updated peak) http://www.billboard.com/artist/6779688/kaleo/chart?f=902

I know it's says illegal name or whatever, but I just used the template most song pages use. I added the Articles using Billboard ID with invalid artist category. Daerl (talk) 00:25, 2 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

This means the citations are unverifiable. Perhaps you should place the citations manually, rather than using the {{Single chart}} template. — Diannaa (talk) 03:13, 2 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I had no idea I could add the Billboard ID into Wikipedia, lol. The links should work now. Daerl (talk) 04:22, 2 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, now we're cooking. Thanks for fixing this. — Diannaa (talk) 14:35, 2 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
