Mirrors
[edit] Thanks for contributing to the article Bell Ihua . However, one of Wikipedia's core policies is that material must be verifiable and attributed to reliable sources. You have recently used citations which copied, or mirrored, material from Wikipedia. This leads to a circular reference and is not acceptable. Most mirrors are clearly labeled as such, but some are in violation of our license and do not provide the correct attribution. Please help by adding alternate sources to the article you edited! If you need any help or clarification, you can look at Help:Contents/Editing Wikipedia or ask at Wikipedia:New contributors' help page, or just ask me. Thank you. Kuru (talk) 14:06, 25 May 2020 (UTC)
- You've added two more references to mirrors here and here. Please be more careful when evaluating sources. If they mention that the material is coming from Wikipedia, then it should not be used as a source. Kuru (talk) 12:07, 26 May 2020 (UTC)
Okay. Once you're ready to communicate, please let me know. Kuru (talk) 14:18, 26 May 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Cooking banana. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. Zefr (talk) 17:28, 28 May 2020 (UTC)
Blocked
[edit]Okay, you're still adding clearly bad references to many articles, including [[WP:BLP]s. Many of them are sites which you have already been alerted to as mirrors. I've blocked this account until you communicate and can attest that you understand the problem. Examples below, along with many other really odd references. Kuru (talk) 19:59, 28 May 2020 (UTC)
- operaria "Wikipedia audio article"
- operaria "Wikipedia audio article"
- everything.explained.today "It uses material from the Wikipedia article "Manuela George-Izunwa"."
- readerwiki "This page is based on the Wikipedia article Lee Maeba"
- popflock "This article uses material from the Wikipedia page available here."
