List of drum manufacturers[edit]

Information icon Hello. Your recent edit to List of drum manufacturers appears to have added the name of a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 10:55, 12 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

GMS Drums is a highly notable entity. Started in 1987, along with Noble & Cooley, they headed the industry into custom drums back when it meant boutique. They are the true reason why larger companies like Pearl offer custom lines. Premier’s Signia lug that came out in the early 90’s is a direct copy of GMS’ Grand Master lug.

The were once distributed by Paiste Cymbals.

With endorsements from the drummer Stone Temple Pilots Eric Kretz, Fate’s Warning’s Mark Zonder, Wall Flowers’ Mario Calire, Jerry Gaskill of King’s X, Sammy Seigler of Glassjaw, Rival Schools, Youth of Today, Brian Chase of Yeah, Yeah, Yeah’s, to name a few, it more than shows they are highly respected in the industry.

GMS Drums[edit]

I would like to create a page about GMS Drums. They are one of the first custom drum companies established in 1987. The were once distributed by Paiste Cymbals and have had a long list of well known endorsers.

Thank you,
