Well, a lot of new content isn't appropriate on Wikipedia. Your recent article appeared to be about an organization, and didn't have enough actual content to merit its own article, so you've got to put a little more work and try to explain why the organization is notable. It also looked like your article was somewhat promotional. You'll want to avoid that too by not putting in links or trying to promote the company / its products in the article.
