Given that you have only edited the A123 Systems article, it is obvious that you are someone with a connection to the subject of the article in violation of Wikipedia policy which prohibits conflicts of interest. It appears you are the same person whose account was blocked for this reason and you have created a new account to circumvent your blocked account.
